The client must be aware of external factors that may influence delivery times.

Refusal of service
♥ The artist can deny the service to anyone. The client will be informed about the denial of service.
♥ If the commission is about a subject the artist can't do or has no experience with, it can be refused.
♥ If the client is rude or does not respect the artist, the artist has the right to deny them service for an indefinite period.

Copyright and alteration of the final product
♥ The artist reserves the right to reproduce and use the art for portfolio, exposition and merchandise of all kinds.
♥ All character rights are retained by the customer.
♥ No finalized commission may be modified without permission.
♥ No permission will be given ever to erase or modify watermarks, signature or important parts of the commission (eg characters).
♥ The client can reupload the artwork anywhere with proper attribution, defined as a link
(Links below).
Payment
♥Payment must be made upfront after confirmation of acceptance.
♥Characters with complicated markings or designs may be assesed an extra fee.
♥Payments accepted through paypal only, in USD. Please select "No address needed" when asked, or you will be refunded minus a 10$ inconvenience fee.
Cancellations and refunds
♥ If the client does not behave professionally, is rude or vulgar, or harasses the artist, the commission will be cancelled without reimbursement of any kind and no delivery of product.
♥ The client may ask for a refund at any stage, however, only 50% will be refunded during the sketch phase.
♥ Any client who does a chargeback at any stage forfeits any rights to future commissions. Talk to the artist first to resolve any issue.
♥ Refunds will take 1 month or more.

About couple commissions
♥ Is not artist fault if you broke up before the drawing is finished. Please, be polite and tell the artist what happened.
♥ We can talk about a full change in the commission, or different drawings in case both (or more) paid for it. Please consider refund as a last option.
